– Responding to tickets within Hemmersbach Ticket Tool
– Break & Fix incl. Device Swap
– IMAC/D incl. Disk Wiping, Re-marketing and Storage
– Asset Management

Equipment in Scope:
– Workstation equipment (incl. POS Lucas)
– Server and Storage equipment
– Network equipment
– Voice equipment
– Print and scan equipment

Special Requirements:
– Professional degree or equivalent experience
– 2-4 years related experience in IT support
– Professional customer communication skills
– One engineer per site with a backfill

Technical Expertise:
– Operating systems, OS Certifications preferred
– Hands and Eyes experience with POS Lucas-, server-, network-, voice and hardware print & scan
– Strong technical expertise on desktop and work place environment
